Service Description

Virtual Try-On Service

Our service uses AI technology to generate virtual try-on images by combining your selfie photos with product images. The process includes:

• Upload and processing of your selfie photos
• AI generation of virtual try-on images using advanced AI technology
• Instant generation and delivery of results
• Download and use of generated images

Processing Time

Our service generates try-on images instantly using AI technology. Results are typically available immediately after generation.

User Responsibilities

Appropriate Content

• Provide clear, appropriate selfie photos
• Ensure you have the right to use any uploaded images and that you own or have proper authorization for all content you upload
• Do not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Respect the privacy and rights of others
• Ensure all content you upload or generate complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and defamation laws
• You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the service or any content you create

Account Security

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Respect rate limits and usage restrictions

Account and Authentication

Account management is handled by Clerk, a third-party authentication service. By using our service, you agree to:

• Clerk's terms of service and privacy policy
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your authentication credentials
• Notify us of any account-related issues

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership and all rights to your selfie photos and other content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the service:

• Store your images securely for service delivery
• Use your images for quality control and service improvement
• Display your images in your private gallery

Generated Images Ownership

You own all rights to generated try-on images created using your photos. We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights to any images—whether uploaded by you or generated by our service. You may use these images for personal or commercial purposes as you see fit.

No Rights Claimed by Us

We explicitly disclaim any and all ownership rights, copyright claims, or intellectual property rights to:

• Any images you upload to our service
• Any images generated by our AI service
• Any content created, modified, or processed through our platform

All rights to user-uploaded and AI-generated content remain with you, the user. We act solely as a service provider and do not assert any ownership or control over your content.

User-Generated Content and Liability

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, or generate using our service. We do not monitor, review, or control user-generated content, and we are not liable for any content created by users.

No Liability for User Content

• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-uploaded or generated content
• We do not endorse, support, or assume liability for any content created through our service
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and defamation laws
• We are not liable for any harm, damages, legal issues, or claims arising from user-generated content, including but not limited to:

• Your content is not defamatory, obscene, harmful, or otherwise illegal

Rate Limits and Restrictions

• Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Rate limits and credit requirements may be adjusted during beta period

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to circumvent rate limits
• Using automated tools to access the service
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the service for commercial purposes without permission

AI Generation and Quality

Our service uses AI technology to generate virtual try-on images instantly. Please note:

• Generated images are created automatically by AI and may vary in quality
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated images
• You are responsible for reviewing and using generated images at your own discretion
• We are not liable for any issues, inaccuracies, or problems with AI-generated content

Privacy and Data Usage

No Liability for User-Generated Content

We are not liable for any content created, uploaded, or generated by users through our service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any legal issues, claims, or disputes arising from user-generated content
• Any infringement of third-party rights by user-generated content
• Any harm, damages, or losses resulting from user-generated content
• Any violation of laws or regulations by user-generated content

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall robe.fashion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any content you create, upload, or generate
• Any third-party claims related to your content
• Any errors or omissions in the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Account deletion will:

• Remove all your personal data and images
• Cancel any pending try-on sessions
• Delete your account and authentication data
• Be irreversible and permanent

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time during the beta period. We will provide reasonable notice of any discontinuation.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms during the beta period. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which robe.fashion operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
